I am aware that some people who read my blog are not climbers and are not familiar with the extensive jargon that exists in the sport…I have to admit to not being fully fluent myself! I do try not to put too much jargon in my posts, but it’s been pointed out to me that the occasional word has inevitably slipped in. If you really can be bothered to try to decipher the code, you can find pretty good glossaries on Wikepedia and UKClimbing.
